Update - Wir haben seit gestern einen Workaround für die Problematik bei IONOS auf alle Kunden verteilt, die an unseren Updater angeschlossen sind. Der Workaround verschiebt E-Mails des Spam-Ordners in den Posteingang des Mail-Postfaches, so dass diese Mails dann auch abgerufen werden. Weiterhin warten wir auf ein Statement von IONOS. ____________________
Since yesterday, we have distributed a workaround for the problem with IONOS to all customers who are connected to our updater. The workaround moves emails from the spam folder to the inbox of the mailbox so that these emails are then also retrieved. We are still waiting for a statement from IONOS.

Update - Es gibt leider nach wie vor keine Lösung von IONOS. Wir haben nun eine Frist von 14 Tagen zur Behebung des Problems gesetzt und rechtliche Schritte angedroht. Wir hoffen, dass dies eine Wirkung zeigt.

Update - Durch die Probleme bei IONOS ist teilweise auch der Rohdaten-Sync betroffen. Erkennbar ist das Problem, wenn in der Datenimport-Übersicht normalerweise "External Data received" steht und seit ein paar Tagen kein Eintrag mehr vorhanden ist. Identified - IONOS hat uns über eine Störung des E-Mail-Versands und -Empfangs über ihre Infrastruktur informiert. Es werden E-Mails überdurchschnittlich oft als "Spam" markiert und trotz deaktiviertem Spam-Filter herausgefiltert. Sobald es Neuigkeiten gibt melden wir uns wieder.
IONOS informed us about an outage of their email delivery infrastructure. E-mails are marked as "spam" more often than average and filtered out despite the spam filter being deactivated. We're coming back to you if we've got news about the incidence.
